Starting point
On Isel Road Cockermouth opposite the new Hospital. (Free road side parking)
A gradual rise onto Elva Plain on a quiet country road. Then a quick downhill, past Setmurthy church, and back along the Isel road which just rolls up and down. Scenic rolling countriside.
