There is always the opportunity to pause to take photos, chat, catch our breath and have a giggle!
We recommend a mountain bike. A helmet is essential, also please dress for the weather and bring a drink and snack. It is advised to carry a puncture repair kit/inner tube for your bicycle and a change of clothes in case it is wet or muddy on the route.
