Starting from - Eros Statue at Sefton Park opposite the aviary cafe in the centre of the Park. If you are coming via car then there is plenty of parking around the perimeter Sefton park itself. The park is near the following roads A561 or A562. The nearest train station is St Micheals which is on the Merseyrail Northern line. L17 1AP

This route goes from Sefton Park up through Calderstones Park, from there on we follow the road to get on to the Liverpool Loop Line (or route 62), we follow the line all the way to Halewood and then continuing to follow the 62 into Speke, where we then turn back into Liverpool along the road through Garston until we rejoin the Prom at Otterspool and then cycle back towards Sefton Park through the festival garden.
