Join us on a ride from Sells Green, up Spout Lane to Seend and down Inmarsh Lane then on through Poulshot, to the bottom of Caen Hill flight of Locks. Cycling up the flight of locks and a stop at the Caen Hill cafe. We return to Sells Green through Rowde. The cycling is mostly gentle on quiet roads. There are two short hills, Spout Lane and the Caen Hill locks but no rush and you will not be left behind. Pamela
