Seaside Celebrations Durham

Join us for a seaside ride to celebrate Mo's 100 Breeze Led Rides. There will be two groups setting out for Roker, one from Durham County Hall car park and the second one from Chester le Street, starting on the C2C bridge over the A167 near to the Wheatsheaf Pub.
After the two groups meeting up, we will ride aloing the C2C route to Roker where we have a picnic/cafe stop and/or an ice cream. If it's nice enough you might even want to go for a dip, so don't forget your towel!
Our return route will bring us back to Durham/Chester-le-Street potentially along different ways, so make sure you follow the right Leader!
As with all our rides, we recommend you wear a helmet, and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. We also ask you to carry 2x inner tubes to fit your wheels together with a drink and snack to keep you fueled while cycling.,
For our refreshment stop at Roker, you may bring your own picnic or you can visit any one of the cafes on the sea front.
If it is a nice day, we could be out for a while, so make sure you don't need to be back for a certain time. For those who are reliant on lifts we will give you an estimate of our return time on the day.
