Starting from - We can congregate at Annan train Station and head down to the Solway Firth for the official start. Remember, you need to get home from The Forth Rail Bridge in the evening. DG12 6AS

Anyone fancy the Scottish C2C? At around 125 miles, it ticks the 200 km box. This is just a placeholder to gauge interest, and may be on a different day from that posted.. More details to follow for the brave souls who wish to attempt it. It's a long time in the saddle, so please be confident you are fit enough. Due to my limitations, I probably won't attempt it, but happy to support others with lifts if I am available on he day chosen.

Can be done entirely on tarmac, but suggested full 125 mile version may need to go through Dalmeny Estate, so a small section of Land Rover tracks will be involved.

Suggest a lunch stop in Moffat and perhaps afternoon tea in Peebles/Innerleithen

Travel light, but with spares to reconnect a chain and repair a puncture.
