Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
Start the school holidays with a fun bike ride along the Grand Western Canal. We'll start with a bike check and a warm-up, then ride from Burlescombe to Sampford Peverell. There will be time to enjoy a break and play in the park, before retracing our route back. It's a good idea to bring a drink and a snack with you. Don't worry if you've never been before! No one will be left behind!
Under 18's must wear a cycling helmet. Children under 5 years must be in a child-seat or tag-a-long.
Helmets for adults are optional, if you enjoy the ride and want to come again, perhaps you could look into buying one.
It's a good idea to arrive 15 minutes before the start.
