Scarborough Scoot

RIDE TODAY (12TH OCTOBER) IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.  WE WILL DO THIS RIDE NEXT SATURDAY (19TH OCTOBER) - SAME TIME, SAME PLACE.  ANNE   Next Saturday, 12th October, we will make a change from our normal routine and meet at the Market Square, Hunmanby, opposite the church and near The Cottage and White Swan pubs  at 1pm.  We will ride an 18 mile circular route from Hunmanby, going through Reighton, near to Grindale, Burton Flemming (where we will stop for refreshments), Wold Newton, Fordon and back to Hunmanby.    If you have any problems getting over to Hunmanby, please let me know and we will arrange a lift for you (and your bike!).   Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don't have one please do not worry, you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.   We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.   Don’t forget….
