The Nag's Head, Scalby High Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire,

Next Saturday, 5th October, we will meet at the Nag’s Head, Scalby at 1pm.  We will ride down the Forge Valley to East Ayton then make our way along to Brompton.  We will then come off the main road and have a leisurely ride along the Marishes in the general direction of Snainton.  Depending on how everyone feels, we will make a decision about where to go for refreshments, possibly at Wykeham Tea Rooms and will then head back to East Ayton and along the Forge Valley towards Scalby.  This will be a longer ride than usual (23 miles) but mainly flat – you can do it!   Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don't have one please do not worry, you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.   We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.   Don’t forget…. Breeze  are on a mission to spread the word about their rides, and need your help. If you introduce one friend who goes on to take part in a Breeze ride, you’ll receive a Breeze water bottle, introduce a second friend, you’ll be the proud owner of one of their swish Breeze Buffs, and introduce a third friend and Breeze will send you £15 of Love2Shop vouchers. Read the article on the homepage for more information.   If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected]r call 07966941591.                                                                                   Look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
