Dog Inn, King Street Whalley

Join us today as we head out for what's become quite a popular area for us this year, popular because of the beauty of the lanes and the scenery we ride through.. Starting at the Dog Inn, Whalley we head out towards Sawley and onto Clapham via Bolton-by-Bowland, Austwick. After a stop for coffee at Clapham we then head back to Whalley. Our route takes us along one of the finest roads the Forest of Bowland has to offer. Scenery doesn't get much better as we pass through Keasdon and on towards Stocks Reservoir. Gisburn Forest is a gem of this area and attracts hoards of riders each year, all in search of the outdoor beauty the area has to offer. Once back at Bolton-by-Bowland we then return via Grindleton, Waddington & Mitton to our start point. A challenging ride but one that's worth the effort Led today by Victoria Riddehough, a wealth of cycling experience.
