This Saturday Wanderers ride is open for anyone to join

Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

A steady ride around the local area. Full route to be determined by the ability of riders signed on.

No set route, see who signs up and plan from there.

Mostly canal towpaths, cycle tracks and quiet roads to join them up.

A cafe/toilet stop around half way. Pace set to allow everyone to stay together.

I always advise wearing a cycle helmet. A spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and tools to fit your bike. A drink and snacks,or cash/card for the cafe stop. Suitable clothing for the conditions on the day.
