Saturday social - gentle social road ride to Thrift Farm for coffee and cake

Join Ann and Jane on a gentle paced route which will be suitable for women looking to get into/improve their road cycling or for regular riders interested in a social ride.

The ride is 15 miles, with a stop half way but we always go at the pace of the group and no one ever gets left behind!

This ride will be on redways and road, but we will ride on pretty quiet country roads.

We will start in Stony Stratford and then use the redways to get to Kingsmead before we join the road briefly before our stop at Thrift Farm at 9 miles. After we have had our refreshments we will return via country lanes to Stony Stratford.

Please bring a lock, toilets are available.

Our rides are for all - we ride together at a pace that suits everyone and no one is ever left behind. We will pause to catch our breath as needed.

Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube and pump, please ensure your bike is well maintained. Always a good idea to bring water.

You will be riding under the guidance of a British Cycling trained Ride Leader, Cycling Coach and Breeze Champion.
