Have a lovely ride up through Newcastle parks - there are some hills on the way so remember to use your gears. Have a lovely well deserved cuppa at The Cycle Hub once you have finished. Free bike hire is available by calling The Cycle Hub on 0191 2767250 you must give plenty of notice.
