This ride is suitable for beginners or returners and is limited to 6. Our pace will be slow and steady to allow everyone to get to know each other and gain confidence cycling within a group.
We will be cycling through Kings Barton and Weeke to reach Dean Lane and up to the village of Sparsholt. We will then cycle along Woodman Lane and Littleton Lane to The Running Horse at Littleton for coffee. We will return to Winchester via Harestock and Abbotts Barton to the start. There are some gentle short hills on this route, as well as a steeper climb up from Dean, which you can ride, or walk, at your own pace. We will cycle at the pace of the slowest rider so no one will be left behind. We will ride safely as a group and rest if needed.
Please check your bike is in good working order and conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike
