Join me, Ride Leader Lin for a cycle to Grampound. Leaving Stannack road we will cycle down to Kingswood, out to Polgooth then up to Treloweth and on to Sticker before cycling the back lanes of Coombe and making our way out to Grampound.
We will then cycle onto Creed and up towards Heligan were we will stop for an cuppa at Lobbs Farm shop cafe. We will then head back towards Polgooth and back into St Austell. The ride is approx 25 miles and we will hit some hills to challenge our legs.
*Please wear a helmet, bring an inner tube to fit your bike, plus contactless payment for refreshments and If you have any health problems please get in touch.
