About the route
Starting point
Meet at bus stop beside Tynemouth priory at 10:15 or South Shields ferry at 9:35 to meet cyclists in Tynemouth.
Head along coast to Blyth then follow NCR1 onto Woodhorn museum to see the display of poppies on loan from Tower of London.
After a brief stop for photos & take in the display, we head into Newbiggin for fish & chips before returning back along same route to Tynemouth.
NOTE - only cyclists who have ridden more than 45 mile at an average speed over 10mph.
