About the route
Do join us on a friendly ride out of York on quiet lanes towards Stamford Bridge, with coffee and cake stop somewhere on the route. Not a fast ride, and suitable for any lady not confident on a bike - no-one gets left behind.
Please arrive 10 minutes before departure for introductions, and remember to bring a drink, a few coins for coffee and spare inner tube. A helmet is advisable.
