About the route
An attractive route using cycle paths, country roads and regularly following the river Tyne from Newcastle on towards Corbridge and return . Quite flat throughout with a couple of hills in and out of Corbridge , excellent views, low traffic and about 40 miles in total. A nice way to spend a Saturday. If don't you fancy Artisan cake they're plenty of more places to eat..
