Grove Ferry to Eythorne

This will be a circular route from Grove Ferry to Eythorne. We will cycle through the villages of Preston, Staple, Eythorne, Eastry and Woodnesborough. Our refreshment stop will be in Sandwich where you will have the choice of several cafes. The route is mostly on quiet country lanes through countryside but there will be some riding on busier roads in and out of Sandwich so expect some interaction with traffic. The route is gently undulating and is graded as steady.

Please remember your.....
- cycle helmet
- spare inner tube, pump and tools needed if you don't have quick release wheels
- water bottle(s)
- suitable clothing
- any medications
- change for refreshments
- a contact number for a lift/assistance in case of mechanical breakdown!! (ride leaders are not trained mechanics!)

Please check your bike over before you leave for the ride eg. brakes, tyres, chain, gears etc.!!
