Sandall Beat Wood car park is located at the end of the straight mile close to Doncaster Racecourse.
Starting out from the car park at Sandall Beat wood we're heading out on a mixture of off road woodland trails, quiet and not so quiet roads (not too much of the latter though), bridleways and lanes. It'll no doubt be a bit wet and muddy in places so come prepared for the conditions, and expect to get damp mucky feet. We're going to have our cafe stop towards the end of the ride at Sandall Park.
Meet up at the start point at 9.15am with a view to departing at 9.30am, we will be riding for approx 2 hours in all so anticipate returning to the start a little after mid day (depending on how long we stay at the cafe).
Obviously the mixture of on and off road makes this generally unsuitable to road bikes.
