About the route
Starting point
At the junction of Dane Road and Danefield Road (opposite the car park entrance to The Bridge Inn). There is parking in this car park.
This ride is for women who want to get back on their bikes or to try out our social bike rides. We will ride from Dane Road up the Bridgewater Way canal towpath and around Sale Waterpark and Chorlton Waterpark to Jackson's Boat.
Please bring a drink of water and a snack. We will have a short stop en route, and we will stay for a drink afterwards at The Bridge Inn (optional).
It is handy to also bring a spare inner tube in case of puncture. Please give your bike a quick once over to check it is working order.
