Sale Water Park - Canal to Worsley

Crossing the River Mersey at Jacksons Boat, then following local paths to join the Bridgewater Caanl. Heading up through Stretford and Trafford Park on the towpath then joining local roads to cross Barton Swing Bridge and re-join the Canal heading to Monton. We will then join the Roe Green Loopline and local roads to Worsley Delph and loop back to the Canal for the return leg.
We will stop for a refreshment break on the return leg at the Waterside.
This ride will be at a relaxed pace and all levels of rider are welcome.
Please bring a puncture kit or tube, lock, money for refreshments and wearing a helmet is advised
