About the route
Starting point
Walton Park, Raglan Road, Sale in front of the scout hut. Free parking is available.
This is a mainly flat route starting out along the Bridgewater canal to Broadheath and then along the TPT and quiet country lanes of Dunham returning back along the canal to the start.
We always go at a pace to suit all riders and will have plenty of stops along the way. Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit if you have one. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. We will stop for refreshments at Red House Farm so please bring some money. A bottle of water to drink is also advised.
