Starting in the car park of the pub the matchstick men, we will explore the quays and media city. Using mostly off road paths/cycle lanes. This is a leisurely social ride and mostly flat.

An easy ride exploring Salford Quays and Media City. The regeneration of this area and growth over the last 15 years is amazing.

Mostly off road and designated cycle paths/lanes

There are now plenty of cafes and refreshment stops around the area as well as toilets facilities too.

Dress for the weather. Helmets are strongly advised. Money and or any refreshment that you may want.
