Starting from - The Car Park at Rye Harbour. This car park is free but they do have a donation box. Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments at the end Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. We leave Rye Harbour and use the cycle path into Rye. We then go through the Gibbet Marsh car park onto the cycle path out to the bottom of Dumb Woman's Lane. We then cycle past Winchelsea station and along to Winchelsea Beach where we can stop for a coffee and chat at the Winchelsea Beach café. After this we cycle through the Nature Reserve back to Rye Harbour. This is a very flat route and at least 6 miles of the route are traffic free. Ideal for those wanting to build confidence and stamina
