Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments at the end Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. This is basically a very flat route using cycle paths and quiet country lanes as much as possible. There is one hill to contend with as we come out of Stone but we can take our time to conquer it
