Destination Buckshaw is an easy going traffic free ride of a little over 13 miles.

Utilising Sustrans route 55 through Cuerden Valley, and the cycleways and off road routes around Buckshaw Village, this route is almost completely traffic free.

Time willing, and if the youngsters would like, then there may be a stop at a playpark. We will pause for drinks and snacks en-route as required.

Bring a spare tube for your bike(s), helmets are mandatory, mudguards are advised, and also bring along snacks and drinks for the ride. Please all wear a smile and bring some nice weather. This ride is suitable for MTB, Gravel/CX, and Hybrid bikes. Road bikes are not suitable.

First-timers welcome!
