run and ride shop atWS12 0QU route will be chosen by run and ride staff but mostlikely head towards Penkridge
leaving from Run and Rides shop 15 - 20 mile nice and steady. 6.30pm from the shop, WS120QU between Hednesford and Cannock, this is a ride organised by the shop, they will give guidance to road riding in groups prior to the ride and make sure the pace suits everyone. Should be a good introduction into group road riding.
