Meet outside the carpark next to Jake's Cafe on Regent Street at 4.45pm. Here you will be able to collect a bike and helmet if you need one, ready for a 5pm start : ) The end of the ride will finish back at the same place.

This ride is a circular route through Plymouth, exploring the beautiful scenery of Royal William Yard and the Hoe. We can stop at a cafe along the way if people want tea/coffee and cake :D So bring some money for this. This ride is a charity cycle, to raise money for Brain Tumour Research. Please bring a £2 donation (or more if you would like) for this amazing cause! Cycling on a mixture of roads and cycle paths and country lanes, this route is suitable for all bikes. Please ensure you bring a backpack to carry a bike lock (These can be provided if you don't have your own). Bike and helmet* hire is just £2! Please let me know beforehand if you need to rent one or both of these.
