Starting point

Devon
PL7 1SS

We will breeze out of CHC in a westerly direction on cycle paths towards the climb of the ride - Platinum Way. Having crested this upward drag we then turn left towards Tavistock Road and down to the underpass at Crownhill. Having successfully negotiated this maze to bring us up to Crownhill Road and along this artery to Little Dock Lane. A leisurely descent and over the A38 delivers us along the St Budeaux bypass to Camels Head. It’s now urban roads and cycle as we parallel the dockyards past Drake, Keyham and up Devonport Hill where we pause for breath and chocolate. Pleasantly descending down to Stonehouse before we ascend up to Devils Point to take in the vistas of the Sound and Cornwall. Around RWY and out to West Hoe and into the historic waterfront for refreshments. Coffee drunk and nibbles consumed we head for home through Prince Rock onto Laira Bridge and back along the Embankment.
