Can't get lost but after a lap you can go at your own pace and see how you get on.
Tracks and gravel tracks around the park. Some tricky, all are doable, no jumps, but plenty of climbing.
All off road no traffic except pedestrians who share all the park.
Stop for a drink whenever you want.
No helmet no ride please
