You need a roadworthy bike, a BSi/ ECC approved helmet, a spare innertube to suit your bike wheel, a drink and any snacks you may want. We will stop at Roots cafe for whatever you fancy - Hot Chocolate?
This ride by Ribble Valley Juniors, a British Cycling affiliated club is led by British Cycling trained Ride Leaders. We welcome young riders and their cycling adults. PR1 8JT

From Avenham Cafe, out on Guild Wheel West to Edith Rigby Way. All so far off road and traffic free to Lea Lane .Now on quiet country lanes for 2km for a break at Roots.
Return is via Harbour Lane and briefly on Canal to UCLAN where we regain the Guild Wheel, parkland and local quiet roads for the route back to Avenham Park.
