Romsey Breeze: Kimbridge-by-Test

This is a steady-paced 9.5m, on-road ride. Ideal for people who want to move on from the introductory rides of 5 to 6 m. It is mostly on rural roads. Some uphill - but also down to compensate! We'll pause for coffee on the way. Please bring a pump and inner tube to fit your bike in case of puncture.  Help will be available. It's a good idea to check your tyres are fully inflated before you set off (the appropriate pressure is displayed on your tyre-wall). Soft tyres make pedalling hard work!  I've estimated 2 and a half hours in total for this ride so we should be back in Romsey by 1pm. However it's really difficult to estimate accurately. Please take this into account if you're planning another commitment for something else in the afternoon. For those interested I've allowed an hour and a half pedalling time, plus 45 minutes for the refreshment break, then added another 15 mins for contingency. making a total of 2 and a half hours.
