Rodley Water Wheels

A twenty three miles voyage of sublime canal and navigation waterways cruising the West-East horizons of Leeds.

Our excursion makes full use of high quality waterside cycleways (routes 66 & 67).

We'll take time out at the new Skelton Lake services, sitting between Rothwell Country Park and Temple Newsham.

Please wear a helmet and ensure you have a bell - particularly important for canal rides.

PLEASE NOTE:
The cycle route includes navigating Skelton Grange Bridge which requires lifting the bike over a low barrier and walking with the bike down the narrow steps (see photo).
