Slightly longer foute this month ladies.
Leaving Rockets & Rascals we will make our way around Cattedown and through Saltram to Plympton, and fuelled with caffeine and having warmed our legs up we will climb Deux Alpes.
At the top we will turn right and head through Cornwood to Ivybridge and on to Wrangaton. Over the A38 and down tomLitterford Cross roundabout where we will ride a short distance on the time trial route before turning off and up to Ridge Road and on to our cafe stop at Shilstone Manor.
Leaving our cafe stop we will head along Ridge road before descending back onto the time trail route and on to Ermington.
Back lanes back to Ivybridge before heading back via Lee Mill, Sparkwell and back through Saltram to Rockets and Rascals.
