Starting from - Head over the railway crossing at Melton and at roundabout take 2nd exit towards Sutton Hoo. After Sutton Hoo turn left. Continue for a mile or so to MoD Woodbridge and turn left into Rock Barracks. The shop car park is 50 yards on the left. IP12 3LU

A mainly flat ride from the car park outside the shop at Rock Barracks at Sutton Heath near Woodbridge taking in mainly rural roads for 60km to Framlingham with a stop for coffee and cake before returning via Rendlesham to Rock Barracks
