Please be there at least 5 mins before start time.
Parking is available on the lay-by or grass verge along Hempstead Road if approaching kitchen from Kings Langley direction. Please only park in the kitchen carpark at the far end near the bins, as we are not utilising their facilities so please be mindful of that. WD4 8AJ

15-18 miles loops, minimal stopping, just at the top of hills to make sure we don’t leave anyone behind. This is a short, speedy (13-14mph) series of rides to build confidence and speed over the weeks on similar but slightly varied loops over the series.
Enjoying quiet country lanes, hopefully lots of lovely sunsets.
If it’s raining I will cancel - sorry I’m a fair weather rider!

Please bring water, inner tube, pump, money in case you want to stop for a drink at the end.
