Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These rides are for experienced riders who are comfortable riding in pairs in a close group. We don’t usually have a midway coffee stop and will stop at the end for refreshments and a chatter if anyone wants to. The aim is to keep going the whole distance and increasing distances each ride from 30-35 miles depending on weather.

We will be aiming to ride at an average pace of 12-14mph but we ride at the pace of the slowest rider and wait at the top of hills so no one gets left behind.

Please remember to check your bike is in good working order, gears and brakes all working, and tyres pumped up.
