Meeting in The Stow. Riding out for approx 30 miles at approx 17mph average speed. Meet at 19:00 for 19:10 set off. Some weeks will join a cycle club as an introduction for their chain gang (attendees dependent) Lights are a must! as the darker night are drawing in! 2 Groups are welcome, faster pace, and any slower riders, will see who turns up for the slower pace ride of about 15 miles
