**** This is a UK Breeze skills coaching session, brought to you by a Breeze Champion and Level 2 Road/TT qualified British Cycling Coach****
Roadeeze! Introducing a ladies and girls road cycling and racing academy at Trac Môn hosted by Breeze and Clwb Beicio Egni Eyri, and kindly supported by Allianz Sports Fund.
Over the summer, we warmly welcome you to take part in our series of coaching sessions, covering key road cycling skills such as group riding and cornering, as well as building race tradecraft skills. This is the third session out of three sessions.
This is aimed at ladies and girls who wish to build on their road cycling skills. Ideal for Breeze riders who want to challenge themselves and have fun! And those who are new to Breeze rides are very welcome. This is a great introduction to those who are interested in riding on a closed circuit for the first time and maybe taking part in a race. There is an opportunity to take part in informal and fun races at the end of this series of sessions!
To register for the end of series informal and fun races, taking place at the end of this session at 7pm please sign up here:

I always carry extra supplies (just in case!): sweets; water; period products; first aid kit; and puncture repair patches. So please let me know if you ever need anything.
Please do let me know if there’s anything I need to know or can do to help to make this session more accessible for you.
