Road Ride - Worksop to Leger Lakes Cafe

This road bike ride starts from Gateord in Worksop, taking in various local villages. There will be a lovely cafe stop at Leger Lakes before heading back to our start point - approx 27 miles in total. Please note that this ride is all on road, so please only sign up if you are confident cycling on the roads.

Please wear comfortable clothing suited to the weather. It is recommended that you carry spare inner tubes, puncture repair kit and a multi tool, just in case you have any mechanical issues. Please check before the ride, that your bike is in a road worthy condition.

It’s a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. Please bring some money if you want to buy refreshments/cake at the café stop.

Wearing a helmet is highly recommended, though not essential.
