Apolgies for the short notice, but if you're free, please join me, Jane, on a gentle ride to Harlington.
We begin our ride through quiet MK estate roads out towards Wavendon, then onto country lanes to Aspley Guise, Ridgmont and arriving after about 15 miles in Harlington at the cycle friendly Hub & Spoke café. There's cakes, pizza, you name it! All much too naughty after Christmas but you'll have cycled there, so NO guilt!
The weather forecast suggests a cold, blustery but sunny morning, so please layer up to keep warm. There's a couple of steep climbs in & out of Aspley to warm us up, but we'll take it steady.
Please bring a lock for the café stop as we’ll be inside and unable to see our bikes. Please wear a helmet & bring a spare inner tube, pump & tyre levers, plus a water bottle to keep hydrated.
