Starting point

LS20 9DN

Netherfield Rd, Guiseley, LS20 9DN

Netherfield Rd is just round the corner from the train station. Plan is to go to Otley > Pool > Almscliffe Crag > Farnley Park> Otley town > Ilkley > Bolton Abbey back to Guiseley. The scenery is lovely of the rolling hills and countryside that Yorkshire has to offer. You’ll be able to view the hills of which are the edge of the Dales. All kinds of traffic use these country lanes so you should be traffic aware, as we will be riding on a couple of main roads of which there will be a lot of traffic. Make sure you bring a drink and a snack as we can stop for a rest at Almscliffe Crag and enjoy the views, as at this point we will be heading back. Please bring Spare tubes & tools to sort out a puncher should it happen. You need to have a bike that's in good working order, a ROAD bike would be best. Dress appropriately for the weather: a shower-proof jacket might come in handy too! Wearing a helmet is advisable For more information please contact: Elaine 07901 058479 –
