Beginner road ride
Starting at county cycles on Cross Hands Industrial Estate. cycle on the new road towards Black lion road. We will then head towards Penygroes. We will then follow the road all the way until we get to the junction in Llandybie and turn Right towards Ammanford. Keep going until we get to the main traffic lights and turn right. Go through the next set of traffic lights and then head out towards Penybanc. Turn right just after the Mountain Gate and then climb through Capel Hendre, until we turn left into Black Lion Road. Then we will turn left back into the industrial estate.

RIDING TO THE SLOWEST RIDER

Lovely descent to Ammanford with a nice challenge of a climb on the way back - perfect to use as a measure to see how much of the hill you can climb.

We will be mostly riding A roads but not too busy.

There are no planned stops on this route.

Helmets and road lights are essential along with any cycle kit you usually carry and a drink.
