Pass Wide & Slow

We are joining a group of horse-riders on their annual Pass Wide & Slow ride from Wroxall to Upper Ventnor, first along the old railway line into Wroxall village, then along the main road to Upper Ventnor with support vehicles, to draw attention of drivers to the need for care when passing horses. We'll have a discussion with the riders about common issues with drivers of motor vehicles and on country lanes, but also learn about how we ourselves need to behave when passing other users on shared paths, not only horses, but pedestrians and dogs. Local media may be taking photos at various places. We'll reconnect with the horse-riders back at the school.
