Starting from - Rides will commence from outside the rear of the Wyndham Park Visitor Centre with the first group leaving just after 10:00. The final departure will be at 15:00 from Wyndham park and 16:00 from Londonthorpe woods car park. NG31 8FJ

Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

Join us in the annual Woodland Trust Ride to the woods event. Experienced ride leaders will operate a shuttle service at approximately 30 minute departure intervals. We will guide you to Londonthorpe Woods, which is around a 3 mile ride. Once there, you can stay to enjoy the woodland setting, buy some refreshments from Cafe Allez and have your bike checked over by our free Dr Bike service. Once you are ready to return to Wyndham Park, just join the next departing group or make your own way to do some extra miles.

Each group will travel at the pace of the slowest rider and it is totally acceptable to walk up the hills that feature on the outward journey. We cant guarantee the weather but we do guarantee never to leave anyone behind.

How much does this cost? Absolutely nothing, its totally free, apart from any refreshments you wish to buy.
