Meet at the Elgar centre at Upton. Park in the larger carpark it’s free but note it has a 1.9 meter height restriction. Helmets are compulsory please.

Riding along the valley by the river Nene to Cogenhoe and return via Little Houghton and the Canal. This ride is mostly river and canal towpaths the Nene way and cycle ways, it could be ridden on a gravel bike but there is a muddy section of around a 100 yards. There is only around two miles of road riding on it’s overall length of 18 miles. We will call at the cafe by the white water centre.

A nice leisurely valley ride, we ride as fast as the slowest rider no one will be left behind.
