Ride to Sunderland

Tees Valley Riders presents... Starting at Wynyard Woodland Park, this all-day ride follows route NCN 1 all the way to Sunderland. Joining the Castle Eden Walkway, going directly north through Hurworth Burn, Station Town, Wingate, Shotton Colliery, Haswell, South Hetton, then heading north east after Murton, round the outskirts of Seaham, coming back inland at Ryhope and north west into Sunderland. A lunch stop here before returning the same route in reverse.
