Predominantly off road route, joining the canal towpath up to Cwmcarn.

Mainly off road and traffic free, getting some shelter from the elements from the trees along the towpath.

Café stop at Cwmcarn Visitor Centre.

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety. Suitable clothing as the forecast looks like it will be wet.
