We start outside Sainsbury’s next to Bush Hill Park station. We will then take a gentle route through local parks, and quiet roads up to Forty Hall.
This is a nice short ride with the opportunity for a cuppa ( and cake?) at the Forty Hall cafe. There is only one small slope up to the hall, which can be walked!
This will be a small group, so everyone can relax and enjoy themselves.
